In the old energy one had to fight for survival.<\/p>\n
A constant climate of fear haunted the people.<\/p>\n
In the old energy one pursued outer goals of life.<\/p>\n
House, success, car, vacation, family planning, money, status, legacy, heritage, political program and leisure activities.<\/p>\n
People had opinions about what was good and what was bad.<\/p>\n
One tried to gain control over life through planning.<\/p>\n
To avoid what is bad and to attract what is good.<\/p>\n
One was afraid of: death, aging, illness, separation, material loss, rejection of others, physical pain, not achieving personal goals, etc.<\/p>\n
In the old energy one is always tense. There is always something to do.<\/p>\n
One can never really rest, never let oneself fall completely.<\/p>\n
And when it did get quiet, an inner restlessness quickly developed.<\/p>\n
A feeling which leads many people to quickly turn on the TV, the smartphone or other distractions, to quickly jump into a conversation, eat something or go to an event. Because the silence is boring and uncomfortable.<\/p>\n

In the new energy we live quite differently.<\/p>\n
There is no longer the impression that something is missing NOW.<\/p>\n
There is never again the feeling that we can be threatened by anything.<\/p>\n
Instead, we are in abundance – in (true) silence.<\/p>\n
The silence of the mind…<\/p>\n
That’s love for oneself. That is wisdom!<\/p>\n
To see that you already have everything.<\/p>\n
That the ego-mind is a liar that just wants to distract you from this fullness that I really am.<\/p>\n
This silent joy that is like a deep and calm ocean.<\/p>\n
A peace that contains everything and needs nothing.<\/p>\n
The peace that can be threatened by nothing and no one – that exists outside the world and yet contains any world as a possible imagination.<\/p>\n
The eye of the storm, the centre of the wheel.<\/p>\n
The true self.<\/p>\n
In this silent fullness I have everything.<\/p>\n
Through love I have separated nothing more from myself. See me no longer as a fragment, but as the whole. ONE.<\/p>\n
I no longer live in a detached ego-concept of myself.<\/p>\n
I am whole, whole, „shining“ from myself, safe and free.<\/p>\n
If this silence inspires me to take action on the human level, it is from the pure joy of my being.<\/p>\n
To my joy, because I and the silence are one.<\/p>\n
But I do not have to do anything if I do not want to…<\/p>\n
Gone are the days when I thought I was what I had only imagined in my mind.<\/p>\n
Never again is there a compulsion to do anything – not even to „survive“.<\/p>\n
